Shamsi Biryani Ingredients :

- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1-inch Cinnamon Stick
- 2 Black Cardamoms
- 3 Onions (sliced)
- 2 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 2 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Kg Mutton
- 250ml Water
- Salt (as required)
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 5 Green Chillies (slit)
- Fresh Mint Leaves
04:13- Preparation of Rice
- 2-3 tbsp Ghee
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1-inch Cinnamon Stick
- 2 Star Anise
- 2 Black Cardamoms
- 8-10 Black Peppercorns
- 3 Onions (sliced)
- 6 cups Water
- 3 cups Basmati Rice (soaked in water)
- Salt (as required)
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- Fresh Cream
08:50- For Garnish
- Fried Onions
- Mint Leaves
- Coriander Leaves
