  • 2 Star Anise
  • 2 Black Cardamoms
  • 8-10 Black Peppercorns
  • 3 Onions (sliced)
  • 6 cups Water
  • 3 cups Basmati Rice (soaked in water)
  • Salt (as required)
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • Fresh Cream

  • Fried Onions
  • Mint Leaves
