Ingredients

Baking Cups, bottom diameter 2.1in(4 Muffins)

  • 1 Egg(large)(room temperature)
  • 60g Granulated sugar g
  • 6g Matcha powder
  • 40g Milk(warmed)

For Toppings

  • 4 Cocoa cookies

Directions

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 338 °F/170℃.
①Add matcha powder to warm milk and stir.
②Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add sugar and mix well.
③Add ① to the mixture.
④Add oil a little at a time and mix.
⑤Add sifted flour and baking powder.
⑥Mix well with a whisk.
⑦Finally, mix with a rubber spatula.
⑧Pour the batter into muffin cups.
⑨Top with Cocoa cookies and press lightly.
⑩Bake for 338 °F/170℃ 18min.
*If you don't eat it right away, wrap it with plastic Wrap while it's slightly warm.
