How To Make Butter Chicken Base / Makhani Sauce

  • 500 gms Tomatoes
  • 50 gms Cashew Nuts
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 cup Garlic Cloves (peeled)
  • 2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp White Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Fresh Cream
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Salt (as required)
  • 1 cup Water

To Season the Flour

  • 1/2 cup Refined Flour
  • Salt (as required)
  • Black Pepper (crushed)

Marinating the Chicken

  • 500 gms Chicken Breast (sliced)
  • Salt (as required)
  • Black Pepper (crushed)

For Frying

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Corn Flakes (crushed)
  • Oil (for frying)

For the Burger

  • 3 Burger Buns
  • Mayonnaise
  • Lettuce Leaves
  • Onion Rings
