Ham And Cheese Pull Apart Garlic Bread
Ingredients
for 15 servings
24 oz pizza dough
1 cup butter, melted
6 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
10 slices deli ham, halved
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out pizza dough into an 18x10-inch (45x25-cm) rectangle.
- In a bowl, combine butter, garlic, parsley, and salt. Use a spatula to spread an even layer of the mixture over the dough.
- Sprinkle a generous handful of mozzarella and cheddar cheese in a square checkerboard pattern across the dough, making 20 squares.
- Place a piece of ham over each section of cheese.
- Cut the dough into 20 evenly sized squares and stack four on top of each other, alternating cheeses as you go. There will be five stacks of four.
- Place stacks in an 8½x4½-inch (21x11-cm) bread pan.
- Bake for 35 minutes.

Apple Fritter Stuffed Pull-Apart Bread
Ingredients
for 8 servings
4 granny smith apples, diced
1 cup dark brown sugar
¾ cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground clove
3 tablespoons cornstarch
3 cans biscuit dough
1 ½ cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons milk, or milk alternative
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Grease a bundt pan.
- Combine apples, butter, brown sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and cornstarch in a large saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until apples have browned and softened and sauce has thickened, about 10 minutes. Drain excess sauce into a separate bowl. Set aside.
- Cut each biscuit in half and flatten into rounds.
- Stuff each round with a tablespoon of apples.
- Close the round together by pinching at the seam and roll into ball using your hands.
- Layer half of the balls in the pan and spoon half of the reserved sauce on top. Repeat with remaining balls and sauce.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Cover with foil and bake for additional 10-15 minutes.
- Cool for 15 minutes.
- Whisk together the powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk, until you reach a smooth consistency. Drizzle over bread.
- Removing bread from the pan and drizzle with icing.

Cheesy Bacon Monkey Bread
Ingredients
for 18 servings
7 strips bacon
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
10.2 oz flaky biscuit dough, 3 cans
1 ¼ cups butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons italian seasoning
parsley, minced, optional
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Crisp bacon over medium heat. Allow it to cool, then crumble.
- Generously grease a large bundt pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix both kinds of cheese.
- Cut each biscuit into four pieces. Flatten each piece in the palm of your hand and add a pinch of the mixed cheeses and crumbled bacon. Gather the edges and pinch the biscuit into a ball.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Italian seasoning, and garlic.
- Drop the biscuit pieces in the butter mixture and place in the bundt pan.
- Bake 30-35 minutes or until golden-brown. (Be careful - the butter may begin to smoke toward the end of the bake time. If it begins to smoke, remove from the oven.)
- Let stand for five minutes, then place a heatproof plate on top of the pan. Using a pot holder, flip the pan and plate over and invert onto your serving plate. Be careful as the pan will still be hot.
- Sprinkle with parsley.

Queso Fundido Pull-Apart Bread
Ingredients
for 3 servings
1 ⅓ cups ground chorizo
½ onion, chopped
1 cup mushroom, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 large bread boule
2 cups oaxaca cheese, or melting cheese
5 tablespoons butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a pan over medium-high heat, cook the chorizo until brown.
- Add the onions, mushrooms, salt, and pepper, cooking until the chorizo is deep brown and the onions and mushrooms are crispy. Remove from heat.
- Slice across the top of the bread in 1-inch (2 ½ cm) lines, being careful not to cut all the way through. Rotate the bread 90 degrees and repeat, creating a grid pattern across the bread.
- Sprinkle half of the cheese evenly between the cracks of the bread.
- Spoon the chorizo mixture on top of the cheese inside the bread, then add the remaining half of the cheese. Be sure that you fill as many cracks as possible.
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic, parsley, and parmesan.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the top of the bread.
- Bake for 20 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown and melted.
- Enjoy!
