INGREDIENTS

Puff pastry Green olives Black olives Skewers Beaten egg Sesame seeds

METHOD

  1. Cut a sheet of puff pastry into thin strips. Fit one end into a skewer and alternate with black and green olives to form a spiral on the skewer.
  2. Place the skewers on a baking tray, and brush with a beaten egg and sesame. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
