Feta and eggs pockets

INGREDIENTS

250g (2 cups) flour 220ml (1 cup) milk 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 200g feta cheese 8 eggs Olive oil

METHOD

  1. In a bowl mix flour, baking powder, salt and milk.
  2. Divide the dough into 8 pieces and roll out them. Fill with egg and feta cheese.
  3. Fry from both sides for about 4 minutes on low heat.
