Cheese Croquettes


150g (1 cup) breadcrumbs 120g (1 cup) flour 3 eggs 300ml (1 1/5 cups) milk 1/2 tsp salt 350g cheese


  1. Cut cheese into the triangles form, dip into the milk, flour, egg wash, and breadcrumbs.
  2. Freeze for 1 hour and repeat with egg wash and breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry from both sides until golden brown.
