INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • ½ Cup Suji/ Semolina
  • ½ Cup Gram Flour
  • 1 & ¼ Water
  • ½ Tspn Chilli Powder
  • ¼ Tspn Turmeric Powder
  • ½ Tspn Coriander Powder
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • ½ Tspn Chilli Flakes
  • 2 Tbsp Capsicum
  • 2 Tbsp Tomato
  • 2 Tbsp Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves

Mix Well

  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • ½ Tspn Cumin
  • ½ Tspn Ginger

Pour the Batter
Keep Stirring
Cook Until Separate from the Pan
Grease Oil in a Plate
Spread
Cool Down For 10 Min.
Cut Into Pieces
Fry in Medium Heated Oil
