Fruit popsicles

INGREDIENTS

160g (2 medium) kiwis; 170g (1 cup) sliced strawberries; 120g (½ small) pineapple.

METHOD

  1. Blend peeled and sliced kiwis until smooth. Pour into the popsicle molds and let sit in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  2. Blend strawberries until smooth and pour on top of the kiwi layer. Let freeze for 20 minutes more.
  3. Finish popsicles with a layer of blended pineapple, insert a popsicle stick, and freeze for 6 hours.
  4. Before removing popsicles from the forms, place them in warm water for 30 seconds. Serve right away.
