Chocolate ice cream cubes
INGREDIENTS
Banana Strawberries Almond milk Melted dark chocolate Lollipop sticks
METHOD
- Freeze pieces of banana and strawberries. Blend the frozen fruit with almond milk.
- Pour into an ice cube tray and add a popsicle stick to each one. Freeze for 5 hours.
- Cover each fruit ice with melted chocolate. Let set and remove the stick.
