No bake brownies
INGREDIENTS
Almonds and hazelnuts 60g (1/2 cup) of cocoa powder 1/4 tsp of salt 120g (1 1/4 cups) of almond flour 110ml (1/2 cup) of maple syrup 160g (1 cup) of chocolate chips 35ml (2 1/2 tbsp) of coconut oil
METHOD
- Add the almonds and hazelnuts, cocoa powder, salt, almond flour, and maple syrup into the food processor and mix.
- Transfer the mixture into the cake mold covered with parchment paper (18cm - mold size) and level it up well. Transfer to the fridge for 1 hour.
- Melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil. After 1 hour removes the cake from the fridge and pours the prepared chocolate.
- Transfer to the fridge for 10 minutes. After time has elapsed cut the brownies into squares and serve.
