Bolang baling


  • 250g (2 cups) flour
  • 30g margarine
  • 1 yolk
  • 40g (1/4 cup) sugar
  • 7g dry yeast
  • 150ml sparkling water
  • 15g of powdered milk
  • Vegetable oil
  • Sesame seeds


  1. Sift the flour and powdered milk in a bowl and combine with sugar, 1 yolk, and yeast. Mix the ingredients and gradually add sparkling water until you get a smooth mixture then add margarine and let it rise for 1 hour.
  2. Then roll the dough into a rectangle, cut it into small squares and add sesame on top.
  3. Cook in a pan with vegetable oil.
