Bolang baling
INGREDIENTS
- 250g (2 cups) flour
- 30g margarine
- 1 yolk
- 40g (1/4 cup) sugar
- 7g dry yeast
- 150ml sparkling water
- 15g of powdered milk
- Vegetable oil
- Sesame seeds
METHOD
- Sift the flour and powdered milk in a bowl and combine with sugar, 1 yolk, and yeast. Mix the ingredients and gradually add sparkling water until you get a smooth mixture then add margarine and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Then roll the dough into a rectangle, cut it into small squares and add sesame on top.
- Cook in a pan with vegetable oil.
