How to cook Tramezzini roll:

Tramezzini roll


  • 1 packet of Sandwich bread
  • Mayonnaise for spreading + 100g (1/2 cup) for stuffing
  • 100g of salad
  • 300g of tuna in oil


  1. Place the sandwich bread slices next to each other slightly overlapping. Press the bread with the rolling pin to make them stick better.
  2. Spread the whole rectangle you created with mayonnaise creating a homogeneous layer. Put the salad on top of the mayonnaise, covering the entire surface well.
  3. Mix the tuna with the mayonnaise and arrange it on top of the salad.
  4. Gently begin to roll with the hands, being careful not to let the filling of the sandwich roll out.
  5. Wrap the roll with cling film and transfer it to the fridge for 1 hour.
  6. Decorate the sandwich roll with mayonnaise and rocket salad, cut into slices and serve.
