Strawberry mousse

INGREDIENTS
- 250g of strawberries
- 70g (3/4 cup) of sugar
- 250g (1 cup) of whipping cream
METHOD
- Cut the strawberries into small pieces and transfer them into the bowl. Add the sugar and mix with the immersion blender until the strawberries turn into juice.
- In another bowl add the whipping cream and mix with the mixer until stiff.
- Transfer the whipped cream into the bowl with the strawberries mixture and mix with the spatula until all is well combined.
- Transfer the mousse into the glasses and enjoy.
