Mince meat
Breadcrumbs
EggSalt
Pepper
Oil for frying
Plastic bottle
METHOD
- Mix the minced meat, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Cut off the top end of a plastic bottle. Sink the neck of the bottle into the meat and use a spoon to remove the meatball formed at the top.
- Fry until golden.
