Swedish Style Pancakes
Slightly different from the traditional french style crêpe, these Swedish pancakes will have you drooling! You won’t go far wrong with a dollop of cream, a drizzle of jam and some fresh blueberries.
You'll Need:
- 2½ dl /125g flour
- 3 free range eggs
- 6 dl/ 600ml milk
- Butter, for frying
- 250ml cream
- Drizzle of jam
- Handful of blueberries
- Sprinkle of icing sugar
