Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 150g pastry flour
  • 100g vegan butter
  • 50g beet sugar

Instructions:

1. in a food processor, combine all the ingredients and blend well.
2. shape the dough into rectangular then place it in a fridge for 30 mins.
3. cut the dough and place it in a fridge while preheating an oven to 180C/356F.
4. bake at 170C/338F for 15 mins.
5. Enjoy!
