Almond stuffed truffles

INGREDIENTS

  • 200g (1 cup) coconut
  • 395g (1 can) condensed milk
  • 150g almond

METHOD

  1. Pour coconut and condensed milk into a mixing bowl. Mix well.
  2. Make balls from the resulting mass and insert almonds into them.
  3. Roll the balls in coconut. Serve.
