Muffin with peas

INGREDIENTS

350g (3 cups) flour130ml (½ cup) milk140ml (¾ cup) vegetable oil4 eggs20g (2 tbsp) parmesan16g (4 tsp) baking powderPinch of saltCheeseHam cubesCooked peas

METHOD

  1. Put the dry ingredients and peas and ham in a mixing bowl.
  2. In another bowl, whisk the eggs and wet ingredients.
  3. Mix both mixtures and pour into a muffin tin.
  4. Place a cube of cheese in the middle of the muffins.
  5. Bake at 360°F/180°C for 20 minutes. Serve.
