Creamy pork loin in a pan
INGREDIENTS
- 700g pork loin
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Sage leaves
- 1 onion
- Flour
- Olive oil
- 30g (2 tbsp) butter
- 200ml (4/5 cup) red wine
- 500ml (2 cups) broth
METHOD
- Cut the pork loin into slices. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Insert the sage leaves and onion slices into the cuts.
- Pierce the meat with wooden sticks.
- Roll a large skewer in flour.
- Cook in oil and butter. Pour in red wine and broth during baking.
- Serve.
