Creamy pork loin in a pan

INGREDIENTS

  • 700g pork loin
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Sage leaves
  • 1 onion
  • Flour
  • Olive oil
  • 30g (2 tbsp) butter
  • 200ml (4/5 cup) red wine
  • 500ml (2 cups) broth

METHOD

  1. Cut the pork loin into slices. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Insert the sage leaves and onion slices into the cuts.
  3. Pierce the meat with wooden sticks.
  4. Roll a large skewer in flour.
  5. Cook in oil and butter. Pour in red wine and broth during baking.
  6. Serve.
