Meat pockets


  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 300g minced meat
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


  1. Cut the dough into 4 pieces, cover first with meat and then second pieces of the dough.
  2. Cover with meat, fold them, and fry in the pan on low heat until golden brown (about 4-5 minutes from both sides).
