Meat pockets
INGREDIENTS
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 300g minced meat
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
METHOD
- Cut the dough into 4 pieces, cover first with meat and then second pieces of the dough.
- Cover with meat, fold them, and fry in the pan on low heat until golden brown (about 4-5 minutes from both sides).
