Zucchini and tomato parmigiana
INGREDIENTS
- 4 Zucchini
- Basil
- Tomato sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- Ham
- Cheese
- Breadcrumbs
- Parmesan
METHOD
- Add salt, pepper, basil, and olive oil to the tomato sauce.
- Cut the zucchini into slices.
- Coat the baking pan with oil. Arrange zucchini, ham, cheese, tomato sauce, breadcrumbs, and parmesan. Repeat until the pan is full.
- Bake at 360°F/180°C for 40 minutes. To serve.
