Zucchini and tomato parmigiana


  • 4 Zucchini
  • Basil
  • Tomato sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Ham
  • Cheese
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Parmesan


  1. Add salt, pepper, basil, and olive oil to the tomato sauce.
  2. Cut the zucchini into slices.
  3. Coat the baking pan with oil. Arrange zucchini, ham, cheese, tomato sauce, breadcrumbs, and parmesan. Repeat until the pan is full.
  4. Bake at 360°F/180°C for 40 minutes. To serve.
