Sandwich cake


Bread for sandwiches

  • 250g (1 cup) of cream cheese
  • 30g (2 tbsp) of mayonnaise
  • 200g of drained tuna
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Salad
  • Salt


  • Prepare the filling by mixing the cream cheese with the mayonnaise, the drained tuna, the cherry tomatoes cut into small pieces, the salad, and salt.
  • Place the first piece of bread on the bottom and spread half of the prepared cream on top. Add another piece of bread and spread the other half of the cream.
  • Cover with one more piece of bread and roll with cling film. Transfer to the fridge for 2 hours.
  • After time has elapsed decorate with mayonnaise and red and yellow cherry tomatoes and serve!
