INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 1/3 Cup Curd / Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp Ghee

Whisk Well

  • ½ Cup Flour
  • ½ Cup Wheat Flour
  • ¼ Tspn Baking Soda

Sieve
Mix Well
Make Dough
Keep For 5 Min.

Sugar Syrup :

  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Water

Let It Boil

  • ½ Tspn Cardamom Powder

Cook For 5 Min. In Medium Flame
Keep Aside
Take Some Dough
Roll
Cut Into Pieces
Fry in Medium Heated Oil
Fry Until Golden Color
Dip In Warm Sugar Syrup
