Bread omelette
INGREDIENTS
- Bread
- 6 eggs
- Tomato
- Onion
- 1 cup yogurt
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Ham cubes
- Oregano
Parmesan
METHOD
- Cut a loaf of bread into several slices and place each slice neatly on a baking tray. Mix eggs, yogurt, onion, tomato, diced ham, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture on top of the bread slices. Spread well throughout the tray, add grated Parmesan and bake for 25 minutes at 200ºC (392ºF).
