Chapli Kebab Ingredients:

  • Minced meat/qeema - 1 kg / 2.2 lbs
  • Salt/namak - 2 tsp leveled
  • Crushed red chilies/kuti laal mirch - 2 tsp heaped
  • Black pepper/pisi kali mirch - 1 tsp
  • Crushed cumin / kuta zeerah 1 tbsp
  • Crushed coriander seeds/kuta dhania - 2 tbsp
  • Black cumin/kala zeerah - 1 tsp leveled
  • Pomegranate seeds/ anardana - 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder/pisa garam masalah 1 tsp
  • Ginger paste/ pisi hui adrak - 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste / pisa hua lehsan - 1 tbsp
  • Yellow corn flour / peela wala makai ka ata - 1 cup
  • Green chilies /hari mirch - Quantity 6
  • Carom seeds/ajwain - 1 tsp
  • Onions / piaz - 4 medium size / 350 g
  • Cilantro leaves/hara dhania - 1 cup
  • Tomatoes/ timatar - 4 medium size / 350 g
  • Oil / tail - 1 cup
