Pork rolls
INGREDIENTS
- 1kg pork
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Paprika
- Grilled zucchini
- Cheese
- 2 onions
- 10ml (1 tbsp) vinegar
- 4g (1 tsp) brown sugar
- 250ml (1 cup) water
METHOD
- Thinly crush the meat with a meat mallet.
- Season it with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place grilled zucchini and cheese on top of the meat and make rolls.
- Place 4 rolls each on wooden sticks. Place the skewers on a baking tray and cover them with baking paper.
- Bake at 360°F/180°C for 45 minutes.
- Add chopped onion, water, vinegar, and sugar to the bowl. Let the onions stand for a while, then strain them.
- Serve the meat and onions.
