Pork rolls

INGREDIENTS

  • 1kg pork
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Paprika
  • Grilled zucchini
  • Cheese
  • 2 onions
  • 10ml (1 tbsp) vinegar
  • 4g (1 tsp) brown sugar
  • 250ml (1 cup) water

METHOD

  1. Thinly crush the meat with a meat mallet.
  2. Season it with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Place grilled zucchini and cheese on top of the meat and make rolls.
  4. Place 4 rolls each on wooden sticks. Place the skewers on a baking tray and cover them with baking paper.
  5. Bake at 360°F/180°C for 45 minutes.
  6. Add chopped onion, water, vinegar, and sugar to the bowl. Let the onions stand for a while, then strain them.
  7. Serve the meat and onions.
