Zucchini stuffed cake


  • 2 zucchini
  • 3 potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 80g (3/4 cup) of all-purpose flour
  • 80g of cheese
  • 100g of cooked ham
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oregano
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Breadcrumbs


  1. Grate the zucchini and potatoes and transfer them to the bowl. Add the eggs and flour and mix. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano, and mix everything well.
  2. Grease the pan with olive oil and breadcrumbs and spread half of the mixture. Arrange the grated cheese and baked ham.
  3. Cover with another half and level it up with the spatula. Transfer to the oven and bake at 200°C/392°F for 35 minutes.
