Zucchini stuffed cake
INGREDIENTS
- 2 zucchini
- 3 potatoes
- 3 eggs
- 80g (3/4 cup) of all-purpose flour
- 80g of cheese
- 100g of cooked ham
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Breadcrumbs
METHOD
- Grate the zucchini and potatoes and transfer them to the bowl. Add the eggs and flour and mix. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano, and mix everything well.
- Grease the pan with olive oil and breadcrumbs and spread half of the mixture. Arrange the grated cheese and baked ham.
- Cover with another half and level it up with the spatula. Transfer to the oven and bake at 200°C/392°F for 35 minutes.
