Chocolate chips ice cream
INGREDIENTS
- 400g (1 2/6 cups) condensed milk
- 400ml (1 4/5 cups) cream
- Big chocolate chips
- Melted dark chocolate
METHOD
- Mix condensed milk and cream in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture into plastic cups and freeze for two hours.
- Fit a lollipop stick in each cup and decorate with large chocolate chips on top. Freeze for 6 hours.
- Remove the ice cream from the plastic cups and dip it in melted chocolate. Let set.
