Chocolate chips ice cream


  • 400g (1 2/6 cups) condensed milk
  • 400ml (1 4/5 cups) cream
  • Big chocolate chips
  • Melted dark chocolate


  1. Mix condensed milk and cream in a bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into plastic cups and freeze for two hours.
  3. Fit a lollipop stick in each cup and decorate with large chocolate chips on top. Freeze for 6 hours.
  4. Remove the ice cream from the plastic cups and dip it in melted chocolate. Let set.
