INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 30 Pieces Leftover Milk Marie Biscuits
  • 10 Pieces Leftover Digestive Biscuits

Break Into Pieces

Put In Blender

Make Crumb

  • ½ Cup Milk Powder
  • ½ Cup Milk

Mix Well

  • 2 Tbsp Ghee

Pour Biscuits Crumb
Roast In Low Flame
Roast For 3-5 Min.

  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • ¾ Cup Water
  1. Let It Boil
  2. Cook Until 1 String Consistency
  3. Milk Mixture
  4. Let It Boil
  5. Low the Flame
  6. Biscuit Crumb
  7. Stir Continuously
  8. Cook Until Separate From The Pan
  9. Grease Oil in a Mould
  10. Place a Baking Paper
  11. Spread Some Dry Fruits
  12. Pour
  13. Spread Well
  14. Keep Aside for 1 Hour
  15. Cut Into Pieces
