How to cook Egg muffins:

Egg muffins


  • 6 eggs
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • 30g (3 tbsp) parmesan
  • 200g (7 oz) ham


  1. Pour the eggs into the mixing bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Beat well.
  2. Arrange the buns in the muffin tin.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the molds.
  4. Bake at 360F/180C for 15 minutes. Serve.
