Egg muffins
How to cook Egg muffins:

INGREDIENTS
- 6 eggs
- Pepper
- Salt
- 30g (3 tbsp) parmesan
- 200g (7 oz) ham
METHOD
- Pour the eggs into the mixing bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Beat well.
- Arrange the buns in the muffin tin.
- Pour the egg mixture into the molds.
- Bake at 360F/180C for 15 minutes. Serve.
