Tuna and potato omelette
INGREDIENTS
- 6 potatoes
- Vegetable oil
- 1/2 onion
- 190g of tuna in olive oil
- 6 eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
METHOD
- Cut the potatoes into small pieces. In a pan add oil and fry the onion until soft. Add the potatoes and cook until the potatoes are soft.
- In a bowl mix the tuna and eggs and add the prepared potatoes. Season with salt and pepper and mix everything well.
- Transfer the mixture to that pan and level it up. Cook for 5 minutes. Turn on another side and cook for five more minutes or until is golden.
