Tuna and potato omelette

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 potatoes
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 onion
  • 190g of tuna in olive oil
  • 6 eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper

METHOD

  1. Cut the potatoes into small pieces. In a pan add oil and fry the onion until soft. Add the potatoes and cook until the potatoes are soft.
  2. In a bowl mix the tuna and eggs and add the prepared potatoes. Season with salt and pepper and mix everything well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to that pan and level it up. Cook for 5 minutes. Turn on another side and cook for five more minutes or until is golden.
