Cheese cloud eggs
A creative way to serve eggs for dinner!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs
- Cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
METHOD
- Divide the yolks from the whites.
- Beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks.
- Place half of the beaten egg whites on a baking tray. Make a circle. And make a hole in the center of each circle.
- Put the yolk in the middle. Then spread the grated cheese over the rest of the egg white. Bake at 180ºC (356ºF) for 5 minutes.
