Crunchy schiacciata


  • 200g (1 ½ cups) flour
  • 120ml (½ cup) water
  • 20ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
  • 4g (1 tsp) dry yeast
  • 4g (1 tsp) salt
  • Rosemary


  1. Sift flour and yeast into a mixing bowl. Add olive oil, salt, and water. Knead the dough. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  2. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Coat with oil, salt, and rosemary.
  3. Bake at 360F°/180°C for 10 minutes. Serve.
