Crunchy schiacciata
INGREDIENTS
- 200g (1 ½ cups) flour
- 120ml (½ cup) water
- 20ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
- 4g (1 tsp) dry yeast
- 4g (1 tsp) salt
- Rosemary
METHOD
- Sift flour and yeast into a mixing bowl. Add olive oil, salt, and water. Knead the dough. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Coat with oil, salt, and rosemary.
- Bake at 360F°/180°C for 10 minutes. Serve.
