Rosemary crispy squares


  • 150g (1 cup) flour
  • 75ml (1/3 cup) water
  • 4g (1 tsp) salt
  • 4g (1 tsp) baking powder
  • Rosemary
  • 20ml (2 tbsp) olive oil


  1. Sift the flour into a bowl. Add baking powder, salt, olive oil, and water. Knead the dough. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut it into squares. Coat with olive oil.
  3. Bake at 460°F/230°C for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with oil and add rosemary. Serve.
