Strawberry ice cream

INGREDIENTS

  • 200ml (3/4 cup) of whipping cream
  • 200g (3/4 cup) of condensed milk
  • 500g of strawberries + more for the top part

METHOD

  1. Cut the strawberries into very small pieces.
  2. Add the whipping cream into the bowl and mix with the mixer. Add the condensed milk and continue to mix until all is well combined.
  3. Add the chopped strawberries and mix everything well with movements from the bottom to the top.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the container and level it up. Add the strawberries to the top, cover with the lid and leave in the freezer for at least 5 hours.
