  • 1.78 lb. chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tbsp. dry thyme
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tbsp. dry parsley
  • 1 tbsp. creole seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp. adobo seasoning
  • 1 tbsp. oil

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, dry thyme, ground black pepper, paprika, dry parsley, creole seasoning, salt, adobo seasoning, and oil. Mix well to create a marinade.
