Ingredients
- 1.78 lb. chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tbsp. dry thyme
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp. paprika
- 1/2 tbsp. dry parsley
- 1 tbsp. creole seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp. adobo seasoning
- 1 tbsp. oil
Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, dry thyme, ground black pepper, paprika, dry parsley, creole seasoning, salt, adobo seasoning, and oil. Mix well to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the marinade.
- Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken thighs are cooked through and have an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
