Ferrero rocher cups
INGREDIENTS
- 80g of chocolate biscuits
- 250ml (1 cup) + 100ml (1/2 cup) + 200ml (3/4 cup) of whipping cream
- 12g (1 tbsp) + 12g (1 tbsp) of sugar
- 1 tbsp of hazelnut cream
- 40g of chopped hazelnuts
- Vanilla essence
- 4 ferrero rocher chocolates
METHOD
- Crush the biscuits and transfer them to a food processor to pulverize them to prepare them for the first layer.
- In a bowl add the whipping cream, sugar, and hazelnut cream, and mix. Continue to mix with an electric mixer and mix until thickens to prepare the mixture for the second layer.
- Start adding biscuits as a first layer into the cups. Transfer the prepared mixture into the whipping cream bag and make the second layer.
- Prepare the chocolate ganache by mixing the chocolate and whipping cream (hot) and transferring it to the whipping cream bag.
- Chop the hazelnuts and spread them over the chocolate ganache.
- In a bowl add the whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla essence and mix with the electric mixer until stiff. Transfer the mixture into the whipping cream bag. Add the whipped cream on top.
- Sprinkle with the reserved biscuit crumbs and add on top of each cup Ferrero rocher chocolate.
