Chicken Manchurian Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg boneless chicken/baghair huddi ki murghi
- 1 egg/anda
- 1/2 tsp salt/namak
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 2 cup oil/tail for deep frying
- 4 tbsp oil/tail for sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic paste/lehsan pisa hua
- 1 tsp ginger paste/pisi hui adrak
- One onion medium size (150 g)/ek darmiani piaz
- 2 carrots medium size/ do gajar darmiani
- 1 bell pepper/shimla mirch
- 2 tbsp chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt / namak
- 1 tsp ground black pepper/pisi hui kali mirch
- 1 tsp sugar/cheeni
- 1 tsp crushed red chilies/kutti hui laal mirchen
- 2 tbsp vinegar/safaid sirka
- 1/2 cup chilli garlic sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 cup chicken stock/yakhni
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 4 green chilies/ hari mirch
