Chicken Manchurian Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kg boneless chicken/baghair huddi ki murghi
  • 1 egg/anda
  • 1/2 tsp salt/namak
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 2 cup oil/tail for deep frying
  • 4 tbsp oil/tail for sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste/lehsan pisa hua
  • 1 tsp ginger paste/pisi hui adrak
  • One onion medium size (150 g)/ek darmiani piaz
  • 2 carrots medium size/ do gajar darmiani
  • 1 bell pepper/shimla mirch
  • 2 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp salt / namak
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper/pisi hui kali mirch
  • 1 tsp sugar/cheeni
  • 1 tsp crushed red chilies/kutti hui laal mirchen
  • 2 tbsp vinegar/safaid sirka
  • 1/2 cup chilli garlic sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 cup chicken stock/yakhni
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 4 green chilies/ hari mirch
