Parmesan tacos
INGREDIENTS
- Parmesan cheese
- Grilled chicken
- Salad
- Yogurt sauce
METHOD
- Place mounds of grated Parmesan cheese on a baking sheet. Flatten each mound and form a tortilla.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF).
- Place each cheese tortilla on the edge of a bowl, and let harden.
- Fill each cheese taco with salad, grilled chicken, and yogurt sauce.
