Chocolate pudding cake

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 500ml (2 cups) of milk
  • 50g of caramel pudding
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp of cocoa
  • 2 tbsp of cornstarch
  • 40g of chocolate
  • 20g cookies
  • Coconut grains

METHOD

  1. In a bowl mix together milk with pudding, sugar, cocoa powder, and cornstarch, mix well and cook on low heat until thickness, add chocolate.
  2. Put banana slices into the pan and top with the half of prepared mixture, then top with cookies and the rest of the mixture. Refrigerate for 6 hours.
  3. Sprinkle with coconut grains.
