Chocolate pudding cake
INGREDIENTS
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 500ml (2 cups) of milk
- 50g of caramel pudding
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp of cocoa
- 2 tbsp of cornstarch
- 40g of chocolate
- 20g cookies
- Coconut grains
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together milk with pudding, sugar, cocoa powder, and cornstarch, mix well and cook on low heat until thickness, add chocolate.
- Put banana slices into the pan and top with the half of prepared mixture, then top with cookies and the rest of the mixture. Refrigerate for 6 hours.
- Sprinkle with coconut grains.
