White chocolate truffles

INGREDIENTS

  • 10g of butter
  • 100g (1/2 cup) of whipping cream
  • 250g of white chocolate
  • Hazelnuts
  • Coconut flour

METHOD

  1. In a saucepan add the butter and whipping cream and mix. Add the white chocolate and mix until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is well combined.
  2. Remove the white chocolate mixture from the heat and transfer it to the plate. Transfer to the fridge for 2 hours.
  3. After the time has elapsed, start preparing the truffles by taking a portion of the mixture with the spoon inserting the hazelnut, and making the balls with your hands.
  4. Dip the truffles in the coconut flour and serve.
