Easy Shephereds Pie
A homey and comforting Shepherd's Pie. Cook ground beef and savory vegetables, top with mashed potatoes, and bake to perfection.
Ingredients:
Mashed Potato:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 115 g butter
- 120 ml milk
- 85 g creme
- 75 g parmigiano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Meat Filling:
- 6 champignons
- 1 medium onion
- 1 large carrot
- 2 rib celery
- 4 cloves garlic sliced
- 500 g ground beef
- 6 oz bacon
- 2 tbsps tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp fresh rosemary
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 140 g frozen peas
- 100 g parmigiano, grated
- Bake at 375 F ( 180C ) for 20 minutes
