Cookies with brown sugar

INGREDIENTS
- 1 egg
- 40g (1/4 cup) of sugar
- 12g (1 tsp) of vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 150ml (1/2 cup) of kefir
- 80ml (1/4 cup) of vegetable oil
- 350g (2 3/4 cups) of flour
- 5g (1 tsp) of baking powder
- Brown sugar
METHOD
- In a bowl add the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, kefir, and vegetable oil, and mix. Add the baking powder and flour gradually and mix everything until the dough is created.
- Knead the dough until smooth and split in half. Thin each half and split it into the 7 parts.
- Create the balls from each part and dip the top part of each ball into the cane sugar.
- Transfer the cookies into the pan covered with parchment paper and cut the each cookies top part with the razor blade.
- Transfer the cookies into the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 20 minutes.
