Tofu Sisig

Hey Foodies! Here's my Filipino sisig recipe without the meat overload! What a great way to enjoy the flavors of the regular sisig we love – citrusy-sweet, savoury and spicy all at once.

Ingredients:

  • 400g firm tofu
  • salt and pepper
  • cooking spray
  • airfry at 180°C for 12-15 minutes
  • 1 red onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 red bellpepper
  • 1 green chili

sauce:

  • 1/3 cup chickpea mayonnaise
  • 20ml calamansi juice or lemon juice
  • 2-3 tbsp coconut aminos
  • black pepper
  • cooling oil
