Tofu Sisig
Hey Foodies! Here's my Filipino sisig recipe without the meat overload! What a great way to enjoy the flavors of the regular sisig we love – citrusy-sweet, savoury and spicy all at once.
Ingredients:
- 400g firm tofu
- salt and pepper
- cooking spray
- airfry at 180°C for 12-15 minutes
- 1 red onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 red bellpepper
- 1 green chili
sauce:
- 1/3 cup chickpea mayonnaise
- 20ml calamansi juice or lemon juice
- 2-3 tbsp coconut aminos
- black pepper
- cooling oil
