No butter No egg Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
Makes about 14cookies
- 130g Cake flour
- 30g Cocoa powder
- 50g Sugar
- 40g Vegetable oil
- 40g Dark chocolate
- 25g Almonds
- 25g Dried cranberries
- 40g Soy milk(OR Milk)
Directions
①Chop chocolate , almonds, and dried cranberries. Set aside.
②Put flour, cocoa powder and sugar in a large bowl, and mix well.
③Add the oil, using your hands to work the oil into the dry ingredients until it resembles coarse crumbs.
④Add the chocolate , almonds, and dried cranberries.
⑤Add milk and mix it.
Preheat the oven to 338 °F/170℃ .
⑥Spread parchment paper on a work surface.
Place the dough on it.
⑦Press it to gather and flatten and cut it out with a round cookie cutter, 5cm / 2 inches in diameter.
⑧Arrange them on a baking sheet.
Re-roll the dough scraps and cut.
⑨Bake it at 338 °F/170℃ for 16 minutes and 320°F/ 160℃ for 6 minutes.
⑩Take it out of the oven, let it cool for about 5 minutes, then transfer it to a rack to cool completely.
Please store them in a closed container.
