Olive and sausage candies

A fun appetizer that everyone will love!

INGREDIENTS

  • 300g sausage
  • 8 g black olives
  • Puff pastry

METHOD

  1. Cook the sausage meat in a skillet.
  2. Drain, pour into a bowl, and mix with black olives.
  3. Divide a puff pastry into several squares. Add sausage mixture to each square.
  4. Join two ends on one side and the other two on the other side forming a candy. Place on a baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF).
