Olive and sausage candies
A fun appetizer that everyone will love!
INGREDIENTS
- 300g sausage
- 8 g black olives
- Puff pastry
METHOD
- Cook the sausage meat in a skillet.
- Drain, pour into a bowl, and mix with black olives.
- Divide a puff pastry into several squares. Add sausage mixture to each square.
- Join two ends on one side and the other two on the other side forming a candy. Place on a baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF).
