Rich Bite-sized Chocolate Cakes
Ingredients
Makes about 14
- 70g Milk
- 80g Dark chocolate
- 1 Egg 60g (room temperature)
- 30g Sugar
- 25g Cocoa powder
- For Topping:
- 20-30g Dark chocolate
Directions
①Put milk in a bowl and microwave 600w for 40-50 seconds.
②Add chocolate and let sit for 10 minutes.
③Mix slowly to melt.
④In a bowl, add eggs and sugar and mix well.
⑤Add melted chocolate and mix well.
⑥Sift cocoa powder and mix well.
⑦Put the batter with a spoon in each cup.
Top with chopped chocolate.
⑧Bake at 338 °F/170℃ for 12-14min. It's all done!
*Sprinkle powdered sugar on top if you like.
*When the heat went away, put it in a plastic bag or plastic container.
