Pastry pizza in a pan
INGREDIENTS
- 1 roll of puff pastry
- 400g (1 3/4 cups) of tomato sauce
- Salt
- Oregano
- Pepper
- 200g of cheese
- Extra virgin olive oil
METHOD
- Unroll the pastry and fold the edges inwards to create a cornice. Turn the pastry over on the base of a pan, without removing the parchment paper. Cover with a lid and cook the base over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, bring tomato sauce and season with salt, pepper, oregano, and oil.
- Turn the pastry, stuff it with the prepared tomato sauce and cheese and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
- After time has elapsed season it with a drizzle of oil and sprinkle the oregano.
