Fluffy bread
INGREDIENTS
1 egg white 200ml (1 cup) of warm water 100ml (1/2 cup) of milk 50g (1/2 cup) of olive oil 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt 1 tsp yeast 500g (4 1/2 cups) flour 4 medium potatoes 1 onion 1/2 tsp salt 1/3 tsp black pepper 1/3 tsp red pepper 1/2 tsp chili peppers 1 egg yolk
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together warm water, sugar and yeast. Mix in oil, milk, egg white, flour, and salt. Leave for 40 minutes.
- In another bowl mix together boiled potatoes and fried onion mixture.
- Divide the dough into the 2 pieces, roll out the dough and fill with prepared mixture.
- Roll out again and spread with egg yolk, bake at 200°C (390°F) for 30 minutes.
