Fluffy bread

INGREDIENTS

1 egg white 200ml (1 cup) of warm water 100ml (1/2 cup) of milk 50g (1/2 cup) of olive oil 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt 1 tsp yeast 500g (4 1/2 cups) flour 4 medium potatoes 1 onion 1/2 tsp salt 1/3 tsp black pepper 1/3 tsp red pepper 1/2 tsp chili peppers 1 egg yolk

METHOD

  1. In a bowl mix together warm water, sugar and yeast. Mix in oil, milk, egg white, flour, and salt. Leave for 40 minutes.
  2. In another bowl mix together boiled potatoes and fried onion mixture.
  3. Divide the dough into the 2 pieces, roll out the dough and fill with prepared mixture.
  4. Roll out again and spread with egg yolk, bake at 200°C (390°F) for 30 minutes.
